If a task will require significant design or planning time beyond the work itself, that gets discussed and agreed to in advance.

Business Support (As-Needed) bills in 15-minute increments, includes 2 free hours of remote support per month, and is ideal for businesses that want a consistent IT contact without a managed services contract. Both tiers are still billed at the same $150/hour rate with no monthly fee.
